Hey, also ich weiß, dass das Trinken/Kaufen von Alkohol in Luxemburg ab 16 Jahren legal ist, allerdings gibt es offenbar ziemlich unterschiedliche Meinungen darüber, ob dies auch für hochprozentigen Alkohol der Fall ist.
In Deutschland beispielsweise darf man mit 16 (alleine) trinken, aber nur niedrigprozentigen Alkohol, um hochprozentigen Alkohol zu trinken, muss man 18 Jahre alt sein. Als ich herumfragte, ob das in Luxemburg auch so ist, bekam ich jedes Mal eine andere Antwort und selbst auf der Website der Polizei* steht nur, dass der Verkauf von Alkohol an unter 16-Jährige illegal ist.
Hat jemand eine klare Antwort oder vielleicht sogar eine offizielle Website, auf der steht, ob man mit 16 auch hochprozentigen Alkohol kaufen kann?

The law was changed in 2020 prohibiting the sale of spirits to under 18s, previously it was just 16 for all types of alcoholic drinks
Can’t be more official than the site you posted I think. Minimum 16 for alcohol, low or high percentage.
There seem to be plans to push it to 18 for high percentage alcohol but not yet done.
