The correct action sounds like taking it to gjenvinningsstasjon.
Depending on the system of your local kommune. It can be cheap, i only pay for stuff i can’t sort. So „clean“ wood is free to throw away there.
It looks like pallets, they are not treated. Donate to the local sankthansbål.
