What would the SC have to do with this case? What constitutional norms were broken here? What amendment was voided? I don’t see anything but a legal state case prosecuted by established law and a final just verdict rendered by 12 citizens of the US. The result of SC weighing in here would be a broken country. One in which we all followed our own rules. Probably what MAGA is aiming for anyway.
