It’s an [garden allottment](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allotment_(gardening)). You can rent/buy them if you don’t have your own garden. They come with a pretty strict set of rules and no, you can’t live in them.
Basically a place to „get away“ from it all. Munich has a lot of them. my relatives had one outside of Ismaning along the Isar canal.
Good idea, call it tiny houses instead of Schrebergarten. Stonks.
Is it possible to live and get registration in one of these?
