Das war keine „Lass mich meine Eier richten“-Bewegung, sondern eine „Lass mich mehrere Minuten lang über meiner Jeans wichsen“-Bewegung.
Er benutzte seine Tasche als Deckung, ich sah ihm in die Augen und sagte ihm, er solle aufhören, er lächelte und hielt inne … für etwa 15 Sekunden, dann ging es weiter. Wir waren fast am Zielort angekommen (und zwar in Olten).
Seine Aufmerksamkeit galt nicht mir (F39), er schaute immer zu den Teenager-Mädchen auf den vier Plätzen neben uns.
Wie könnten wir mit dieser Situation besser umgehen, sollte sie das nächste Mal passieren?
Welchen passenden deutschen Satz kann man im Zug laut sagen, um die Aufmerksamkeit der anderen Fahrgäste auf sich zu ziehen?
Ist das etwas, wofür es sich lohnt, die Bahnpolizei zu rufen? Ich meine, es ist ja nicht illegal, seine bedeckten Körperteile in der Öffentlichkeit zu reiben …

Take your photo to the police. Cameras on the train, ticket apps etc they may get him. These behaviours tend to escalate so you may save someone from a worse fate.
This would be a sexuelle Belästigung (Art. 198 StGB). If the DA would find some time to track him down, he would get fined. If there was a child around, it would be different though (probably a felony depending on intent)
Edit: Not a lawyer btw just a law student so I‘m not sure if this could maybe fall under Exhibitionism, which would also lead to a fine probably.
We’re physically going degenerates, I don’t see why that trend wouldn’t follow psychologically.
