Ich bin vor kurzem in eine Wohnung gezogen und das hier ist an der Seite der offenen Küche. Das Licht ist immer an. Wenn ich es mit dunklem Klebeband abdecke, um das Licht abzuschirmen, fängt es an zu blinken.
Ich nehme an, dass es sich um eine Art Signal für irgendetwas handelt, bin aber einfach neugierig, ob hier jemand eine Idee hat.

Either look to what it’s connected to or cut its power and see what happens. If nothing happens, it probably wasn’t important. Alternatively, ask the person who installed it: your landlord
