Japan has no standing army to speak of outside of the “defense force” no nukes and because of the last nuclear plant disaster that’s still plaguing them there won’t be any race to advance that agenda any time soon. With China and NK constantly testing the waters launching missiles near Japan, land disputes etc…also removing the base on Okinawa would tank Okinawa’s’ economy. Also, everyone here is pretending like nothing is being done about that marine that committed the crime? Like why pretend like he just got shipped off to somewhere else as a free person?
