Ich wollte gerade Elfbar 2x Pods kaufen, aber sie blieben im Automaten hängen. Ich habe versucht, die Maschine zu schütteln, aber nichts bewegte sich. Da Wasser und Red Bull den gleichen Preis hatten, habe ich mich stattdessen für Red Bull entschieden. Allerdings wollte ich kein Red Bull trinken und ich finde es absolut lächerlich, dass ich dafür fast bezahlen musste 4,90CHF für einen Red Bull. Wie kann ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten? Ich habe den Red Bull noch nicht geöffnet oder getrunken.

There should be a number on the machine you can call.
Sad that selecta sells those shitty things in the first place, I hope they get banned soon (they are made in china but banned there. They are horrible for the environment, horrible for the workers that have to produce them, horrible for you. Just don’t buy this shit)
they will give you a refund if you contact them, there should be a little sign on the machine with steps to contact them.

Call them. I once got a red bull can that was kind of gooey on the outside, including the lid. Just because I had 5 minutes until my train came, I tried their customer service number printed on the machine. A sequence of miracles happened.
1) someone answered
2) the person was friendly
3) she promised me a refund just on my word
4) a letter with a 5 francs coin taped to some cardboard arrived a week later.
Maybe it’s Selecta, maybe it was karma from good deeds that day, maybe the stars conspired, I don’t know …
Bro this much effort for 5 bucks is insane
