Yes, legal to own but if cops find it in your pocket they know exactly what kind of person you are and what you deserve.
I have one, never even thought about it being „legal or illegal“. Its less dangerous than typical knife, so I’d guess you’re fine.
It’s legal to own one, but illegal to carry with you unless you have a good reason for carrying it. Since the knife doesn’t have many legitimate uses, better not carry it with you.
If you get frisked by a cop, they’ll be taking that away from you
