Imaging knowing the missiles are being launched towards the city with millions of civilians and withholding this out of vengeful spitefulness. This is so evil.
Highly unlikely that US space assets (SBIRS, other GEO/HEO sensors) did not detect these launches. A more plausible explanation is that intelligence sharing was paused due to this administration’s obsession with blaming Ukraine for the continuation of the war instead of on Russia, where it belongs.

Zelensky needs to come to terms with and make a new plan that Trump has gone from passively working with Putin and against him, to now actively working against Ukraine. Z‘ need to call for a meeting with his EU partners on how best to move forward without US assistance.

Zelensky: Partners Failed to Warn Ukraine of Ballistic Missile Launches Toward Kyiv

On October 12, five Russian ballistic missiles struck civilian infrastructure in Kyiv. Ukraine did not receive an advance warning from its international partners about the attack.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said:
“Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv, with five missiles hitting civilian infrastructure. Unfortunately, our partners did not warn us about this attack in advance.”
