It seems self explanatory I think. U need some SOL in your wallet.

Doing transactions on chain cost tokens, regardless of chain. You’re playing on the SOL network you need SOL to send or convert or whatever you’re trying to do. SOL is $105 per token, you need 0.00089088 SOL to run a transaction. Put like $5 of SOL (about 0.04 SOL) in your wallet and this will fix your issue.
