An elderly woman was riding her bicycle along a road in Ukraine’s Sumy region when she noticed two military robots. One was damaged. The other was trying to pull it out of danger.
Realizing they were Ukrainian, she stopped and went to help.
The damaged ground robot of Ukraine’s 71st Airmobile Brigade had hit a Russian mine. Operators sent another unmanned vehicle to recover it, but remotely connecting the two for towing proved difficult.
So the woman simply stepped in.
She guided the recovery robot into position, helped it hook up the damaged machine — and the job was done.
Then she returned to her bicycle and continued on her way as if nothing extraordinary had happened.
We don’t know her name. We don’t know where she was going or who was waiting for her at home.
But there is something profoundly Ukrainian in these images: she saw that our soldiers needed help, helped them — and rode on.
A grandmother, a bicycle, two military robots and a war.

Babuška reporting to duty.
Off to put some sunflower seeds in some invaders pockets.
I mean, this is clearly ai
That is a lovely smile
Perhaps the reason we don’t know her name is because this is AI generated.
The fourth image was the biggest tell for me as the foliage has that weird AI pattern/texture to it.
EDIT: Ran the image though OpenAI’s verification tool and it confirmed that it was generated with Open AI tools as it found the SynthID watermark. I’d post the image as proof but it looks like the sub isn’t letting me. Anyone can double-check for themselves by uploading the image from the OP using this link: https://openai.com/research/verify/
The photo enhancements are ai but even then this encounter was real albeit more blurry and choppy, I saw the original full video a couple days ago captured from the UGV ground view and a drone view.
May she live happily and content long after the invaders have been removed from her country.
SLAVA UKRAINI!
Real incident with real drone footage, but this is AI generated bullshit.
