I heard the same thing about their soldiers numerous times and it was always bs. Russians will consistently do dangerous shit if they are paid or think they will be.
Good, no amount of money is worth the risk. Take notes Putin.
It’s win win for Ukraine. Russia has to keep offering more and more to get the same supplies in, fewer they can spend on munitions.

Russians don’t know how to stand up for themselves even in the face of death.
The farther east they look for labor, the more likely they find drivers. It’s the vehicles that need to be destroyed. Russia can only produce a limited amount of trucks. Those need also to be used for other transport purposes if they want to keep the economy afloat, and they are under increased wear and tear already.
China sends trucks, but also that won’t replace both war losses and the economy’s demand.
But they are still driving – so it’s not enough!
Oh, now its TWO bags of potatoes to drive a truck to Crimea? Yeah, I’ll do it!
They should hit the tow trucks…
