I appreciate the effort but this is a very superficial discussion of common radiation-hardening approaches that are well-known. Operating on the Martian surface is not a particularly harsh radiation environment. It requires engineering forethought and careful design choices, but existing electronics designed for Earth orbit and defense applications are more than sufficient.
