      For me a visit from a robin represents the soul of a recent dearly departed who has come back to visit those left behind. So OP maybe someone close to you has passed and wants to let you know they are ok

      How? I’m a gardener and they keep checking me out whenever I work with soil. I try to stand still hoping they land on me eventually but hasn’t happened so far!

      I got friendly with a garden robin a few years back. For such a ferocious killer (of other robins) they are cute as hell. I used cheese over a few days to get it come close and it would eventually wait for me and fly straight to my hand. But after a few days of that you can’t do anything outside any more and worse, they try to follow you inside. So I stopped feeding that robin. Beautiful life experience though.
