I would have used those.
Strange, since my daughter has started solids, I’ve been eating a LOT of avocado. I buy them from Lidl and haven’t had this problem at all
Lidl. The two packs in carton tray. I think they are called „Ready-to-eat“
I have 90% success rate with those.

They are pricey, but I don’t waste my time and money on anything else, offer or not.
Don’t ever buy from Africa or Israel. They are trash. Buy from Spain or Latam. Preferably buy them green, wrap them with newspaper and store in the oven or somewhere dark for a few days until they mature. After that they are mostly fine.
The brown fibers are probably something you’ll have to live with unfortunately
Dude, I’m from Central America and I would eat those … come on man. What a waste
The ones in the picture are totally fine to eat. But yeah, the cheap ones are usually not ripe. I always buy them at our Edeka, the cost more but they are always perfect
I don’t see anything wrong with those, looks like you wasted a lot of good stuff – avocados are dirt cheap and plentiful in my home country.
I find it quite hard to find decent ones here, especially not reliably. Sometimes a single store location has good ones for a while but there’s not really any consistency to that.
There’s nothing wrong with these avocados
Of course. I don‘t know where you are buying, but those are just spoiled.
