Now that the FDA is asking for organs-on-a-chip data in addition to animal testing data, will we ever reach a point where technology will remove the need for animal testing in drug development?
Tests will not be as comprehensive without animal testing. It seems that paid human testing on criminals and the impoverished will be more societally justified since they are being „compensated“ with either money or early freedom.
