paying your compute bill with customer revenue is a different situation from paying it with your last raise
How are cloud credits accounted for? If a company uses credits for six months and then begins paying cash for the same workload transaction data could show demand growth without any increase in compute usage.

What the fuck is this „compute“ term? I’m so sick of hearing it. It grates on the ears and the mind because it jusr doesn’t sound grammatically correct. Do they mean computing power?

So this is a corporate billing and expense platform that is using transaction data from just their own clients to make reach these results? Seems weird that theyre allowed to do that, but this is America I guess. But is this actually representative then…? No idea what companies or how many use „Ramp“.
