Milky Way galaxy with a bright planet Venus rising through the hazy red airglow of Earth’s atmosphere, above scattered purple lightning flashes. Two stormy worlds shining among endless stars! Taken on Expedition 72 to ISS with Nikon Z9, Arri Zeiss 15mm lens, T1.8 with custom orbital sidereal tracker.

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
So do I get this right, a picture taken by an astronaut on the ISS has less likes and comments then a car that has a broken light which was replaced with a [plate](https://www.reddit.com/r/mildlyinteresting/s/CFyQ6cOiLE) ?
Wonderful click. Feels surreal to witness this while laying on bed. Technology does wonders.
Beautiful shot. Mesmerizing stuff really. Do you really see stars like that when you’re up there or is this the result of longer exposure?
An amazing photo! Thank you so much for sharing!
‚Oh my God, it’s full of stars.‘
It’s a beautiful image. I can only begin to imagine the sensation of seeing this first hand. Can I ask, is the Milky way so obviously visible with Naked from space as the photo displays or, does it take some exposure time to develop the image as it does down here on surface? Cheers!
