      I wish that was the case with cases too. But here we are.

      I don’t run a protector and now 2 years in I have 3 scratches deep enough that I won’t be able to sell the phone back to apple now.

      Thinking of using mine without a screen protector makes *my* skin crawl. I don’t get free iPhones like Apple’s hardware chief does

      I don’t use screen protectors and haven’t had a issue yet but I do use a case, the phone too slippery without one

      Show me an unconditional lifetime warranty including replacement labor on the screens.

      Then you can bitch about people protecting one of the largest purchases most of your user base has made.

      We don’t like them either way but unless you’re willing to offer a lifetime warranty you’re not going to convince me to remove mine.

      lol „scratch resistance“. homie im trying to protect from impacts that shatter the screen. scratch resistance is just a bonus.

      So much money lost on not broken screens being replaced. He needs people to just tlet their screens scratch to hell and crack so he can take their money!

      I broke every phone screen I ever had until I started using tempered glass screen protectors.  

      Not a single broken screen since.

      If you drop it face down you’re out about 4 dollars.  

      I’ve replaced a dozen screen protectors that absolutely saved at least a chip/scratch if not a full spiderweb

      Even if I have AppleCare and accidental damage protection there’s still deductibles and those repair shops can take days

      I can install and replace a glass screen protector myself immediately and they come in 3-4 packs so I’ve literally always got one on hand

      And before someone says “just take better care of your phone and you won’t need it”…just realize you sound like an asshole blaming people for their slips and accidents.

      He should put Apple’s money where his mouth is. Warrantee the screens against all damage for five years. Otherwise he should stfu.

      Ya that’s great you willing to give me a lifetime warranty on my screens? Thought not… So piss off. Just got my 18 pro max and before I even turned it on a screen protector went on it.

      I’ll stop using screen protectors when you stop considering screen quality a factor for trade in value
