F-15 experts: what’s that off the fairing to the left of the engine, next to the Elevator and Vertical Stab? Trying to determine if this was an F-15SA, which have been fielded with the CMWS missing…secondarily- looks like a volley of ManPads, could be wrong.

Why is that shit flying so low?
I asked Bin Salmon what happened to his F-15 and he said the Houthis shot it down. So I asked what he did about it when that happens and he just said that every time they shoot one down he sends in a Typhoon next time. This is the same targeting reticle the Iranians used to successfully hit (but not down) that F-35 a few months ago. We’ll be seeing a lot more of it.

Definitely knew there was a missile incoming, as it was performing evasion movement, looks like it was also dump chaff with full burners on with no flares.
To me Saudi-Arabia seems to really be just a massive cleptocracy, even worse than Russia.
No matter how much money they spend or how high-tech the equipment, they just seem to repeatedly achieve the lowest of the low in terms of outcome, effectiveness and actual proefficiency.

Are these SAMs using something like semi active laser homing? My impression is that these are targeting clips for the missile system, rather than just an observation platform. With that in mind, I’m trying to understand how they would guide that missile.
