Hallo, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir betrogen wurden oder ob das echt ist.
Wir planten unseren Urlaub auf Zypern, Protaras, im Oktober und buchten über deren Website ein Hotel, das Odessa Beach Hotel https://odessabeachhotel.com/ statt zu buchen, weil sie viel günstiger zu sein scheinen als die Buchungsgebühren zu bezahlen.
Nach der Bezahlung erhielten wir die Rechnung mit der Aufschrift GC Hospitality Labs LTD und allen Informationen zur Reservierung.
Wir sind uns nicht sicher, ob wir Opfer des Betrugs sind, denn die Buchung schien mit einem Vibecode versehen zu sein, sie befindet sich jedoch unter ihrer Domain, die ich auf Google Maps gefunden habe.
Nachdem ich gebucht hatte, wurde mir klar, dass sie eine andere Website haben tsokkos.comwo Sie jedes ihrer Hotels buchen können.
Ich habe ihnen eine E-Mail geschrieben und warte auf die Antwort, frage mich aber immer noch, ob jemand weiß, ob das echt ist oder nicht.

Can’t confirm 100% but I can tell you that many places here have a different „billing name“ when you pay. Would be worth calling them, but if it routed from their official website, you should be in the clear.

The Tsokkos family are involved with both businesses.
[Expolorio](https://myexplorio.com/company/) is the booking systems Tsokkos hotels use, it’s developed by GC Hospitality.
I would say 90% nothing to worry about. 95% even.
There are multiple entities in a group so one might be for billing another for IT etc.
I’m sure it will be alright. Tsokkos is a very well-known hotel group in Cyprus and they have many hotels in the Protaras and Ayia Napa area. Odessa Hotel is one of their hotels and it’s also in a very good, central location in Protaras. I wouldn’t worry too much, especially since you’ve already contacted them directly — I’m sure they’ll confirm your reservation and put your mind at ease. Enjoy Cyprus! 😊
