there are already open source apps for this. i have had „Nearby Glasses“ for a while.
it just monitor for bluetooth devices and uses their unique hw id to determine the manufacturer of devices it sees

They have to be nice when they’re on camera. I have no problem with people watching me, they already have eyes. I only have a problem if the window is closed and its in my house. And bathrooms, stay out of bathrooms.
