It looks like the Department of Homeland Security initiative will likely use predictive AI algorithms to preemptively flag behavioral anomalies across financial and transit networks. Over time, the program is expected to expand its data-sharing pipelines, transforming routine commercial monitoring into an automated, proactive law enforcement screening system.

There is no limit to how this can be weaponized against everyday law abiding Americans, while exclusions will be carved out for those who place themselves above the law. It is an invasion of privacy and an infringement of liberties. This needs to be shut down.

I get wanting to have flags for money laundering and possible proceeds of crime. Some of the wealthy probably fail the measures already in place and should be investigated.
