Ballistic missile strikes on civilian areas have only one purpose: terror.
I know Ukraine and allies are working towards solutions as quickly as possible. It is regrettable that America is not assisting but instead is defacto supporting putin and russia.
Ukraine kills invading soldiers; Russia murders resident civilians. As the Blitz proved, murderous hate campaigns are like the fire in a forge. They harden steel.
They should start put ballistics center of moscow. At this point we could conclude takin morally higher ground might not be most optimal option.
