I like the phrasing that the reasons are „being established“. Note, not „being discovered“, or „being investigated“, but „being established“. I realize this is a translation so maybe the nuance is mistaken, but the way it’s phrased implies that they need to invent the facts and they haven’t invented them yet, rather than the facts being things that are already true but they have to discover them.
