Interestingly, at least on Ucom’s digital the Russian 1st channel was blocked today. They didn’t have to do it but apparently they did. Don’t know about the other providers.

They say, they blocked it due to outstanding debt. So it will be reopened once the debt is paid. That’s not as reassuring as closing it due to airing anti Armenia propaganda.
