Aufgrund der Handschrift habe ich Probleme mit der Übersetzung. Ich bin also neugierig, ob mir bitte jemand genau sagen könnte, was darin steht. Jemand hat diesen seltsamen Zettel zusammen mit dem Namen meines Vermieters angebracht, auf dem stand, dass ich laut war (ich war die letzten paar Wochen buchstäblich in Wien). Vielleicht haben sie es an jeder Tür angebracht, aber warum sollten sie den Namen meines Vermieters anbringen? Ist das in Deutschland üblich?

Some grumpy neighbors are just grumpy for the sake of it and try to be shitheads towards others.
They felt disturbed by whoever. Tell your landlord (I assume they also contacted him) that you found this but that you were gone for the last couple of weeks.
And just normally walking in your own flat is nothing anyobody can stop you to do.
Why are people so grumpy and mean? Just talk to your neighbour if you have a problem, and try to figure it out.
Old people who develop dementia often hear noises that aren’t there. Something to keep in mind.
I would definitely inform your landlord that you got this note, but add that it cannot have been you bc you were gone the last few weeks.
