For a country as small and as wealthy as Luxembourg, these sort of incidents should never occur, let alone on the most famous street of the capital.

The fact that she received no assistance from people she encountered is really disconcerting.
Apparently journalists needed to push to even have this information confirmed by the police. There is something really not ok in this country with releasing of information by authorities.

I hope Angela has a big sister called „Ask for Life in Prison“. That poor woman is scarred forever. I hope she gets quality support and justice.
