Ich habe kürzlich ein Tutti-Konto erstellt und einen Verkäufer wegen eines Artikels kontaktiert. Ich bin neu beim Einkaufen bei Tutti und bin mir nicht sicher, ob das echt ist oder ob ich betrogen werde. Kann ich bitte einen Rat bekommen?

How about sharing important details? What are you buying? This sounds like a pro who’s going to send you an invoice, that’d be the opposite end of the usual scammy tactics spectrum.
Well, you ask for the payment connection. And if they have a Swiss Iban / Swiss account, its fairly save.
It’s weird. Not sure if it really is a scam, but I don’t see why a business would do orders via tutti. It’s a platform for sales from private to private, so it’s unusual to use business terms such as „order“ or „bill“.
I personally wouldn’t order because if they do orders and bills, I don’t see why they wouldn’t have a proper website shop and impressum instead of doing chat sales like this, unless their business practice is inherently too shady to register.
