UEFA is the only one that can really fight this but they need to be fast about it.
It will be more or less impossible to sell the world cup as a product without the Uefa teams. So long as Uefa stay United and dont cave they hold all the power.

Why does football need FIFA and Infantino?
Just make your own world cup without FIFA. Make it the „anti-capitalist worldcup“, decrease price money from the ridiculous high it’s right now. Cover the cost of transportation for teams so that even those from poor regions can participate. And instead of holding these events in corrupt countries like Quartar, Russia or USA, pick them without financial regard.
