SS: The prosecutor of the international criminal court, Karim Khan, has been removed from office after the court’s governing body concluded in June that he had committed serious misconduct in connection to allegations of sexual abuse.
The ICC’s member states voted on Friday to oust the British prosecutor in an unprecedented move that concludes a damaging episode for the court two years after the allegations were first raised.

Using Israel as an excuse as to why you can’t be investigated for sexual assault was such a weak defense
Unfortunately for him his defense struggled a bit because of 1 single factor, he was completely guilty.
First year of the accusation he didn’t even deny the affair. For that alone he could have been dismissed. Now recently he suddenly started to pretty much deny even the affair and even claim he did denied it from day one. Which is completely false. We have his lawyer claims and can read it. They didn’t deny the sexual affair itself.
This is also a secretary from Malaysia. A country that hates Israel so much they don’t want a single person from Israel to even visit them. She did a long interview with CNN describing her accusations step by step going into details. While he in response didn’t even deny single accusation or tell his side of the story. Instead he claimed he didn’t do anything and then spent 90% of the time claiming ICC merely didn’t follow protocol when investigating him.
Didn’t say anything about the accusor or why she may lie. Who bribed her or why she may hate him. Or what he did on the days she claims he abused her. Even on days where they were traveling and working so if even 1 accusation is false he could merely prove what he was doing instead. Yet he never defended himself with any alibi in media. Why did she lie then? He merely claims some nations were against him. Yeah, but who paid and how and when?
At the end of the day we have a clear and consice accusation that anyone can watch for free. And then from defense we have … ICC didn’t follow protocols. To be fair they likely didn’t at all. But then so what? Any private citizen will read the case and conclude that he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Only defense is making ICC go over if the protocol was followed. And then what? They will find themselves guilty and what? He obviously can’t return. If he does ICC will shut itself down.
It really is a one-sided story. It’s she said and he … said nothing. No one will ever accept this defence in public. It may have worked in ICC alone. If he if innocent he needs to understand that what he is saying right now is like 99% irrelevant to listeners. Even anti-Zionists are confused by him.
Is there a way this case could be fabricated? I mean, this guy has been under Israeli radar since he investigated Netanyahu, and the Trump administration wanted this guy out.
Also, it seems he was acquitted, but still ousted. Don’t you think this is odd?
So predictable. First the ICC judges being debanked and harassed, then the Palestine Action barrister is disbarred, now Karim Khan shamed and removed.
Hard to take the ICC seriously on any front when their own prosecutor cant stay clean, regardless of how strong the original case was.
