People who watch bootleg movies were never going to pay for a ticket anyway. This is nothing new.
If anything, leaks actually help sell physical copies of the blu-ray because more people have seen it, and some of those people are collectors, and if they liked it, they will buy a real copy.

I get their plan was to brag about the drop in box office, but if the themes and casting are supposedly their biggest concerns, releasing it FOR FREE on the internet isn’t the stand they think it is.
I won’t be watching until it’s on Tiktok in vertical aspect ratio, with Subway Surfers underneath, just as Nolan intended.
