“May have” being the operative phrase. Either that or Russian incompetence, which is a more likely explanation.
But if Ukraine *did* cause this incident, hats off to the people responsible and I eagerly wait for the next one!
I think it’s worth noting that Ukraine has a very deep and competent tech industry that has been deployed at full force against the Russian aggressors. From a technology standpoint, they are an advanced country and we keep seeing the amazing results of their efforts.
Whether or not this incident was by their hand, it’s certainly plausible.
