Russia should be making those small anti-drone weapons 24/7, with all the labor and capital they can reasonably dedicate to it.
Put one of those small launchers and a couple of reloads on every man’s back traveling through no man’s land.
But Russia is doing the thing they’ve always done since the beginning of Russia, where they just send human waves of men to die when things are not going well, since life is cheap and there are always plenty of lives to expend.
