Having been to countless ”secure” sites, I don’t doubt that every major enemy of Japan has people in strategic positions in the majority of their companies. As long as you announce your planned spy visit so you show up in the logs, they’ll let anyone in.
Perhaps this is related, but I found it almost funny how little Japan seems to understands around information security.
I commented with a friend of mine who’s a leader in the cybersecurity space, and we laughed about how a Russian cybersecurity consultant was hired by Fujitsu into their new DX consulting business…
