It’s so sad that the government has to spend all this money and resources to deal with the pervs. There are so many things to be proud of about Korea, but this is an embarrassment.
Too many pervs in this country.
Women will protest or raise awareness about this issue, and some men will still insist that women have an unfounded victim mentality.
