      A number of police officers as well as rescue units from the fire department have been deployed to the area.

      Earlier on Saturday, huge crowds took part in a parade throughout the city, which ended near the park for a series of events in the evening.

      cant underestimate how useful urban planning is , and even the temporary stuff like bolllards
