Out of curiosity, has there every been father and son?
That feels like some form of ethics violation/potential conflict. Not wanting to rock the boat (eg. junior pilots not wanting to correct or overrule mistakes of their senior partners) is a known major risk amongst pilots in aviation that good airlines and trainers put a lot of effort into overcoming, I can’t imagine how bad it could get between a parent child partnership.
