So proud of him!!! That entire lawsuit was a joke from the beginning and I’m glad that the court recognized that. The part about the Boyz changing their statements playing a part in his case being dismissed worries me.

I’m trying to be optimistic and assume the original statements were made due to pressure from the label rather than the desire to save themselves

    2. So glad for him, cases can go either way and nothing is certain, it must be such a huge relief to be freed from that cloud of debt

    3. I’m so happy to hear this!! I’m a pretty casual fan and admittedly haven’t seen much about this case, so I’m really grateful the court sided with him. The entire situation was so ridiculous. Does anyone happen to know if he has countersued/can counter sue for damages? I guess 100 is broke af so it may not matter, but this victory would at least help I think.

I wonder how the other members feel.

I am so glad he came out on top. The idea that a company could sue an idol for millions of dollars if they are seen with anyone with a past is insane and couldv’e been abused industry wide if the precedent had been set. I’m so glad he stood up for himself against his shady company.
