That would be like 1 milion in 3-4 years in country with population of 140 milion, where 70 milion are men. 
As far as I understand not all are killed. Serious injuries are also counted as taken out of combat for extended period.
They can keep fighting for quite a while longer. 
But sending them to stone age without gas might me much more effective way

Anything above 50,000 is trending toward losing 2/3rds of the Russian army even with new recruiting included within 2 years, a number that is likely to be reached late this year. 60,000 is closer to 80% in 2 years.

If the Russians can’t do something to radically change the war they will lose in 2028 at the latest. And thats their least pressing critical problem right now.

I hope that in reality this number is much higher.

This is the 5th or 6th time US won a war an Russia lost a war this year.

There is a fog of war any number that became public of just bullshit.

„We’d never do any propaganda. Trust us. We are honest. All the numbers we say are true“.

Now, after you got mad at me, let’s see how we can manipulate these stats: The first thing that is very, very easy is what you even define as „losses“. Only deaths, aka killed in action? Do you count injured too? Missing and captured soldiers? Soldiers that deserted? With the wounded, do you only count soldiers that got wounded in combat or do you also count the attrition, like diseases?

Also, „wounded“ means that a soldier needs medical care that prevents him from immediately returning to the frontlines. Like a small injury that can be fixed with a bandaid and some ibuprofen doesn’t count. There can be more problems, like when medevac is not even possible because of the situation on the battlefield.

It’s a classic that goes back to ancient times with „The enemy loses a lot of men, but our losses are minimal“.

It is very difficult to track the losses of your own army, not even the enemy army, because of the different categories i mentioned and the lack of reports, AAR’s etc. Many armies don’t use a „confirmed kills“ stats anymore, like the US Army stopped with this, because it turned out to be not correct with the stats.

All i say is that i don’t really believe the exact numbers. It also depends on the frontline sector, the weather (just like the experiences of Napoleon and Adolf: You’ll lose more men in winter by attrition from the cold weather), the supply lines etc.

Some things i remember from 2022, like when the media claimed the Russians would run out of ammo in a few months. Now we have 2026 and they still have ammo.
