Distributors should meet their obligations and put product on the shelves. If the public decides not to purchase sales will still drop with our giving the US the argument that Canada is illegally boycotting US companies
Who wants to import goods produced in a corrupt country with minimal regulations and limited enforcement capability? The US quality doesnt have as bad a rep as China, but it doesnt take that many incidents to make their goods unpalatable. And I dont want to be the victim of one of those incidents.
1. If it has already been purchased, do whatever and get rid of it here (with warning label that it may not have the desired effect of making you Trans), however, if not then send it back. No point in keeping the wares whorehoused.
2. Give it away, just for fun.
3. Label it, like their rulers, „unfit to consume“, or maybe „consume at your own risk“.
4. Impose a 75% tariff on the Smokey Mountain stuff due to it’s potency.
5. Support those in that suffering country that show promise as best you can as not all of them are brainwashed and they are going through what I’m sure is hell in not having their booze on our shelves right now…..and those don’t forget, are the good ones. Oof on the runonsentence.

New idea. Burn it with our huge Canadian super secret super smoke blowing fans behind it in select spots along the border, at BBQ time. Mmmmm Bourbon Mesquite ribs right? At least the smoke would be their own. They would of course still not get it so we would have to point out the whole global warming thing and all that……eyes glaze over…..
