Taken this before with 0 side effects, but it’s not meant to be used as a regular method of protection. Speak to your doctor about other types of protection as they’re definitely out there.
It f@@@s up your hormones and your period, could be nausea, drowsiness, etc.
It must be taken immediately after. If you have another “indiscretion” after taking the pill it will not protect you.
If you are ovulating, the chances of it working are near zero, especially in your child bearing years.

plan B nukes your reproductive system with hormones. For me, it caused ovarian cysts for months. Side effects really differ from person to person
Use condoms, only they protect from both STDs and pregnancy. Other contraceptive methods prevent only pregnancy and can be used in combination with condoms. It is always a good idea to consult with an Ob/Gyn about it.
It has a high likelihood of failure if you weigh above 165 lbs.
I would recommend different synthetic progestin. Levonorgestrel made me sick.
Even Diane is better than this. Not recommending, just saying.
Also rather than taking any meds let your partners wear condom. It would help with much more than just preventing pregnancy.
