Ab Mitte August führt Chiasso als erste Schweizer Gemeinde die Pflicht ein, eine Wasserflasche mitzuführen, damit Hundeurin sofort verdünnt werden kann und unangenehme Gerüche vermieden werden.

Curious how they actually enforce this. Are they gonna stop people to check the bottle has water in it, or is it just something to fine you with once a neighbour complains?
