      Russians for some reason they are not afraid of these drones lol they only start runjing when the drone is about to explode

      Difference between Ukrainian and ruSSain strikes; Ukrainians could have put fragmentation into their warheads but doesn’t appear that they did. Still dangerous? Hell yeah. but could have been much worse for those civilians.
