So a generic version of a drug may be legal to make, but the dosing regimen of that drug can still be under patent?
Kind of devalues the generic.
This is the kind of stuff that turns into meaningful long term protections. Fuck hard core capitalism. Protect the people.

How the hell is HOW TO USE the drug, not part of a medical treatment? You can’t use a drug if you don’t know how much and how often to use it.
