      This will effectively be almost nobody no? The people coming from RDC are either Canadian citizens or PR who originate from RDC.

      I think it’s a sound, measured approach.

      I wish they did they did the same for COVID when the body counts started.

      Wow the response time was so delayed. We are never surviving anything serious.

      This is a tough one. This is really going to be hard on the Congolese in major hubs like Montreal and Toronto. Check in with your local commnunites and make sure they are doing ok.

      Edit: Not sure I understand the downvotes. We have very large Congolese communities within Canada and disrupting travel for them can be tough so the least we can do is help them in this time of need.
