Habe heute Morgen gesehen, dass meine Sendung von der Schweizer Post zurückgeschickt wurde. Das ist mir neu.
Wie genau funktioniert der Auswurfvorgang und welche Werkzeuge brauche ich, um es zu Hause auffangen zu können? Da es sich um einen schweren, zerbrechlichen Gegenstand handelt, würde ich wohl etwas sehr Weiches und idealerweise ein großes Trampolin brauchen? Ich mag diesen Service wirklich nicht.

It’s usually a sign that either something went slightly wrong during sorting and the packet needs to be manually sorted or someone (usually the receiver) issued an order related to the package. For example if you change the date of delivery in the app it will get ejected or if you re-route it to a Poststelle or PickPost location.
Usually nothing to worry about but will add 1 day to the estimated delivery in most cases.
