You’d think they’d want to come up with actual solutions, „just stop burning fossil fuels“ makes no sense when you have billions of people in poor countries who will inevitably have their carbon footprint increase in the future.
And even if that we’re possible, reducing fossil fuel consumption doesn’t reverse climate change, or at least by any reasonable amount. The forest fires will still happen in the future, and it’s dishonest to suggest otherwise.
