You’d think Fox would learn not to do blatant things like this.

It was hilarious hearing Fox IMMEDIATELY rebuke Trump about the Election Fraud because of prior lawsuits.

    2. “No that was domestic money. Get fucked.”

Is a better justification for a lawsuit than I could ever possibly imagine.

Eat shit, sue them for EVERYTHING they got. Matter of fact, sue for a bunch of shit and see what sticks… that’s all that these rich assholes do.

Some Fox employees apparently didn’t get that 2023 summary judgment memo from the Honorable Eric Davis of Delaware 😆

    5. O’Leary’s lawyer: “we look forward to discovery”

      Why yes, yes we do.

    6. Need to start levying stiff penalties on these people. Make it a percentage of their assets so that they feel it. If O’Leary and Fox were at risk of getting clipped for 10 or 15% of their wealth, you can bet your ass they’d double and triple check something before opening their mouths.

Bro just threw out dog whistles and figured people will just go with it. OOPS! Bandwagoner lol

Chinese money or not data centers are not a good thing for anyone except the rich & their money printers. What I think needs to happen is they should make it so the company has to be settled in the state it plans to build data centers in if it’s intended for their AI products so if they want to build a data center in a certain location they’d have to move their HQ there & do business with the state such as adding more job opportunities & affordable housing.

    9. Opposition to data centres is fuelled by humans near those data centres not wanting data centres to suddenly be using all of their resources.

      Kevin O’Leary just sucks.

The audacity of this website to ask me to turn off my adblocker and then immediately block me from reading the article unless I pay them

This needs to become a more common phenomenon. You can have your freedom of speech but when you harm people’s character or harm a cities tourism or harm a culture with lies don’t expect not to be sued for defamation.

I think Kevin O’Leary’s push for an Utah data center is fueled by Chinese money.

Yeah, I’m sick of these guys just saying whatever they want without consequences. Yadda yadda free speech, free speech doesn’t mean free from consequence. Words have meaning, you can’t just say opposition fueled by Chinese money without even a nugget of proof in those words. These people have adopted gibberish fear monger speech as a defense mechanism to avoid any damage to their self images and egos and to incite divide and violence against other nations or people. The people against these centers were probably just normal everyday people who want to know what the fuck is going on, and why these centers are popping up all over the place. They also don’t wanna live near them when it’s obvious they cause a lot of noise pollution among a plethora of other problems, like raising their electricity costs, consumption of water, their extremely low amount of jobs created, and others. So if these guys wanna say this kind of shit, they better be able to back it up. But they can’t, because it’s lies.

I don’t need to be paid by China to oppose data centers when I’m constantly seeing new articles about how they’re ruining life for local communities wherever they’re built. Carcinogens polluting the air, deadly bacteria released into water supplies, constant noise issues, massive spikes to utility prices for electricity and water, creating massive heat domes in surrounding areas. I have not once heard of a data center creating any benefit for the people living near them, only downsides. And that’s before considering the larger scale impact of people losing their jobs and being replaced by crappy AI bots that end up doing a worse job and making every worse for everyone.

    15. I hope it’s the two girls that called him out in a video. They are hilarious.

    16. I would never have expected this from a douche who gave himself the nickname “mr wonderful” although there are rumors a sea captain gave him the name after he saw how safe he drove boats.

What is with these billionaires blaming foreign interference? I’ve been saying for years that O’Leary in particular is a massive douche. I hate him and his DC for free all day.

    18. The entire situation is indicactive of the lack of thinking and foresight that these „investors“ are putting into their responses and the PR they’re putting out.

They are immediately setting up an adversarial relationship with the communities thinking that they can just tell them they’re „infusing“ the community with BILLIONS of dollars while having no proof and direct hostility to the feedback of a technology that is heavily scrutinized and demonized.

Bottom line is that billionaires and their supporters are trying to minmax the project without taking into effect community relations.

They will squeeze every last cent they can out of it without trying to put ANYTHING back in. I expect resistance at every step.

If they weren’t so god damn tight fisted and relentless for profit with no desire to share, they’d find resistance to be a lot less severe. Build your data centers, give back to the community, pay your share of taxes, keep the environment and economy safe. Provide proof that you can do that and you’ll see common folk welcome you.

    19. My opinion: Kevin O’Leary is a complete piece of human garbage with zero redeeming qualities.

If what it takes is a few dozen lawsuits to take down this cancerous network, I guess that will have to do.

    21. Kevin O’Leary also claims to be a business guru, despite being a very transparent scammer whose only business success was scamming Mattel during the dotcom boom.

Is this the guy who killed a person with his boat and had his wife take the blame?
